专家介绍：Jennifer received a B.S. in Biology from North Caroline Wesleyan College for which she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors program and earned All American Honors for athletic excellence in soccer. She obtained a Ph.D. in Genetics from Pennsylvania State University where she later conducted post-doctoral work in the Department of Molecular Toxicology and Carcinogenesis and received a three year research grant, Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Individual Postdoctoral Fellowship. Research conducted under the NRSA award received the Emil Pfitzer Postdoctoral Award (1st Place) presented by the Drug Discovery Toxicology Specialty Section of the Society of Toxicology. Since joining ExxonMobil Biomedical Sciences, Inc (EMBSI), in 2012 Jennifer has supported the Intermediates Business with science engagement on regulatory issues such as the European RAC’s reevaluation of DINP/DIDP, California’s Prop 65 DINP listing, the Consumer Product Safety Commissions (CPSC) cumulative risk assessment of phthalates, reproductive and developmental testing considerations under REACH, testing proposal support for Hydrocarbon Solvents, and the EU classification proposal for DINP. Her work supporting the business has received several recognition awards including the Research and Development (R&D) Excellence Award, EMBSI Exemplary Collaboration Leadership (EXCEL) Award, Intermediates Global Excellence and Synthetics SPOT awards. While at EMBSI she has held co-chair positions with the American Petroleum Institute’s Endocrine Taskforce, and The Center for Advancing Risk Assessment Science and Policy (ARASP) Chemical Assessment Process Workgroup, as well as being President of the ExxonMobil Employee Club.
