报告人简介：

Tatsuo Kaneko has received his Ph. D degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology in May, 1998. He served as an Assistant Professor at Graduate School of Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Hokkaido University in 1997−2001, and at Graduate School of Engineering, Kagoshima University, in 2001, and then moved to Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University in 2004. He got Associate Professor in School of Materials Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 2006. From 2016, Kaneko sensei is a Full Professor in the same university. His research interests cover bio-based Polymers, liquid crystals, gels, polysaccharides, high-performance polymers and self-assembly of polymers. He has published many articles on Nature Materials, Angew Chem. Int. Ed., Nanoscale, Adv. Mater., Adv. Functional Mater., Chem. Mater., Macromolecules, etc. He also got many awards from Japan and oversea.
