嘉宾简介
Dr. Chuyang Y. Tang is an associate professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, the University of Hong Kong. Before that, he was an associate professor at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where he also served as Deputy Director of the Singapore Membrane Technology Centre. Dr. Tang obtained his PhD degree from the Environmental Engineering and Science Program at Stanford University. His main research interests include membrane technology, water and wastewater treatment, desalination, water reclamation, water chemistry, and advanced physical and chemical processes. Dr. Tang has authored/co-authored 125 refereed journal papers, with a total citation of > 4600 and an H-index of 38. He is a recipient of the Finland Distinguished Professor Programme Fellow Award, the International Desalination Association Fellow Award, and the Singapore Ministry of National Development R&D Merit Award. He is named as one of the “Desalters to Watch” by the World Desalination Report in 2015.
